The Department of Food Science and Technology, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), in collaboration with Cocoa Processing Company Ltd (CPC) and the African Agri-Food Knowledge Transfer Partnership (AAKTP), is pleased to announce a practical short course on Handmade/Artisanal Chocolate Making.

This hands-on training is designed to equip participants with practical skills and scientific insights into small-scale chocolate production, from cocoa handling to finished artisanal products. The course is ideal for students, entrepreneurs, food processors, innovators, and chocolate enthusiasts seeking to add value to cocoa through artisanal techniques.
