MASTERCARD FOUNDATION SCHOLARS TO RECEIVE TRAINING IN YOGURT PRODUCTION
— Food Processing Unit/Allotey Auditorium, CoS-KNUST
The Mastercard Foundation (MCF) Programme at KNUST has requested for the MCF Scholars to be trained in Yogurt production by the Food Processing Unit, Department of Food Science and Technology, CoS-KNUST.
The training will be from Monday 20th September to Thursday 23rd September 2021.
The opening session will take place at the College of Science Allotey Auditorium in the Aboagye Menyeh Complex on 20th September from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. The rest of the hours/days will be for the facilitation/training at the Food Processing Unit.
There would be an exhibition on Friday 24th September 2021 to showcase the skills learned and the products from the training.
