The Association of Food Science and Technology Students has made it to the grand finale of the Prof. Amekudzi Interdepartmental Quiz for the first time!
Their journey began with a fierce competition against the Ghana Association of Statistics Students (KNUST) and the Meteorology and Climate Science Student Association, where they placed second with scores of 44 and 39 points respectively. This impressive performance secured their slot in the semi-finals, where they emerged victorious over the Chemistry Students Association with a final score of 49 to 41 points.
As the team prepares for the grand finale, their spirits are high, driven by the desire to win the trophy in celebration of the Food Science and Technology Department's 20th Anniversary. This milestone marks two decades of impactful food research and quality education.
