FST Celebrates Dr. Abena Achiaa Boakye

The Department of Food Science and Technology had it's Departmental Board meeting on 29th November, 2023 to consider supplementary exams and discuss other matters related to the Department. The meeting was chaired by the new Head of Department (HoD), Prof. Mrs. Faustina Wireku-Manu with 9 senior members in attendance and the administrative secretary.
The meeting was climaxed by a plaque presentation to Dr. Abena Boakye by the HoD. In her response, Dr. Abena joyfully thanked the welfare committee and expressed her gratitude to all colleagues in the Department and her mentors, Prof. Ellis Otoo Williams, Prof. Ibok Oduro and HoD
