Using his developed template which he shared with members, he further explained in details, how the course outline should be structured while emphasising on the relevance of each sub-component. In concluding, he encouraged members to prepare their course outlines and get them ready before the beginning of each semester for its effective implementation. The part-time lecturers and other senior members who could not be physically present, joined via zoom. The Administrative secretary of the Department and her team were also present.
