Internship at KNUST Food Science Lab – August 2024
KNUST’s Food Science Lab welcomed a new group of interns, offering them hands-on experience in food analysis, quality control, and research. Interns engage in cutting-edge projects like food safety, product development, and sustainability, while learning essential lab techniques such as HPLC and Spectrophotometry.
With mentorship from experienced researchers, they gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of the food industry. One intern described the program as transformative, helping them develop both professionally and academically. The lab continues to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice.
