William Ofori Appaw wins European Union -MycoKey Short Term Fellowship Award

Mr. William Ofori Appaw, Principal Technician, has been awarded European Union – MycoKey "Integrated and innovative key actions for mycotoxin management in the food and feed chain” Short Term Fellowship.
As part of the this fellowship, he is undertaking a research/training at the MYTOX-SOUTH Laboratory, Centre of Excellence in Mycotoxicology and Public Health, Department of Bioanalysis, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Ghent University, Belgium. His training will be on the determination of mycotoxin using smart analytical tools with focus on aflatoxin in peanut.
