Senior Members of the Department of Food Science and Technology, om 24th January 2024 presented on their research/project works.
A representation member of each of the four research groups delivered a presentation limited to 10 minutes followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. The presenters were Dr. Herman Luterodt from the Food Chemistry group, Dr. Francis Alemawor from the Food Microbiology & Fermentation group, Dr. Leonard De-souza from the Food Engineering group, Dr. Eric Owusu Mensah from the Food Processing, Product Development & Postharvest Technology group and Prof. Kolawole Falade.
The event was attended in by Senior Members, Postgraduate students and final year Undergraduate students either physically or online via zoom.
