Strengthening Hands-on Training
Small but essential laboratory equipment such as pH meters play a crucial role in day-to-day teaching and research. These tools are routinely used in undergraduate and graduate laboratory courses, providing students with the practical skills they need for scientific analysis, product development, and quality assurance in the food and beverage industry.
Dr. Pepra-Ameyaw expressed appreciation on behalf of the department, emphasizing that “equipment like these are invaluable for training students. They bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring students are well-prepared for both industry and research careers.”
