FST-KNUST ALUMNUS, EDMUND AFARI FEATURES IN FOOD MATTERS-EPISODE 3

Edmund Larbi Afari, an Alumnus of the Department of Food Science ad Technology, KNUST (FST-KNUST) has been featured in a NVTV discussion on Food Maters-Episode 3 – Future of Food in Northern Ireland.
Edmund obtained his BSc. Food Science and Technology with First Class from FST-KNUST, and served as Teaching and Research Assistant in the same Department. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Food Safety at Queen's University Belfast (QUB) on a scholarship. He has been elected as a delegate for the Queen's Students Union at the National Union of Students' Conference in Liverpool. He is also an International Students Ambassador at QUB.
