MSc FQM PRACTICAL SESSIONS ONGOING AT THE FST LABS-KNUST

The MSc Food Quality Management (FQM) students were taken through various physicochemical (proximate, Spectroscopy, HPLC) and microbiological analyses of food materials. The practical sessions are were held in the Food Analysis Lab and the Fermentation/Microbiology Lab. The facilitators included the FST Lecturers and Technicians. The practical sessions are a typical evidence of the practical components of the FQM Programme enhancing students learning and practical skills.
